The location is excellent, and Loudes is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble.
She can sort any issues and gives a recommendation for a place to eat. She is such a lovely girl.
An earlier breakfast time. From 7am would suit for trips. You can arrange a breakfast takeout, but most planned trips don't allow food on the bus.

Excellent location in old town, walkable everywhere.
Room-bedding & linen was comfortable.
Loved the frangrance they use throughtout.
Excellent staff.
Slowest elevator in the world. it was quite funny. didnt mind it tho.
Lots of noise from party goers at night. Maybe sound proof windows may help.
