About this house rental

Situated in Dauphin Island, this attractive house for $483 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The large five-bedroom beach house offers spectacular amenities and secluded beaches on both the bay and gulf sides of the island. The house sits on the bayside, with an expansive pool deck that overlooks the bay. Catch beautiful sunsets too from this ideal location. The gulf beach is right across the street, a mere two-minute walk. The home has an open floor plan providing views of the bay and gulf. The home was completed in 2023 and is generously furnished. The gulf front suites both have adjustable beds that allow you to incline your head or raise your feet, so you can also have the rest you need to recharge for vacation and life. Kayaks are provided at no extra charge. The home also includes an electric car charging station. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! Please note the following: 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. 7. Start dishes and linens before departure. 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night. 9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

House was beautifully designed and decorated. Very clean had everything you need in kitchen to cook and enjoy your stay. We relaxed on back porch by the gas fireplace and it had a lot of seating for everyone. The pool was also amazing to have. We used the kayaks and they had plenty of life jackets and sand toys for the kids. We definitely will be back!!

This property is nothing short of amazing. It is beautiful, so clean, so roomy, and filled with all you will need. The huge deck is perfect wherever you want shade or sun. The pool is warm and perfect for littles and lounging for adults. This location is peaceful, so quiet, and has the most amazing views. The beds are so comfy, you’ll never run out of bath and beach towels, and the smart tvs throughout the house are great for whatever you want to watch! Walking across the street to the beach (as this home is on the bay side), takes all but a minute or two! Beach and bay views from all around the house! The bay view is remarkable, and our littles liked walking and finding shells on that side. We never had to fight for a spot on the beach side; it has all families and homes-no condos or party people. Just all around wonderful. Hosts were super responsive as well. Cannot wait to book again.

Had a amazing time this is a brand new property. Family really enjoyed pool ! Only this this place needs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand off ..would definitely stay again
