A large private yard that is nestled in and among mature trees that overlooks a pond filled with wildlife. Relax on the patio or get your fixings ready for roasting marshmallows for delicious S'mores in the natural and stone firepit. We accommodate up to 4 people, (1 King and 1 Queen). The home was beautiful - clean, comfortable and cozy! The only notes I have are in regards to location. It isn't really walkable to downtown Excelsior as I was led to believe. However, it was a short Uber ride everywhere- just make sure to book15 mins in advance (since they aren't as plentiful). It was a great place to bring friends to experience the bounty of Minnesota summers - including lake life and the Minnesota State Fair! I would absolutely book again.

The house is actually nicer than the pictures give credit for. Too bathrooms, two bedrooms, two family rooms. Absolutely spotless. The bed sheet for the softest I've ever slept down, I was trying to figure out the brand name of them! Location is perfect. You can take your bikes or just walk across the street and you're on the Minnetonka Regional Trail. Highly recommend.

The master bed was quite uncomfortable. We could have used more towels. The kitchen only had one towel and one dish rag. The blue chair in the living room was broken or at least felt broken when sat in.

Very clean and remodeled two bedroom, two bath duplex. We will be back next year. We Highly recommend. The owners were very responsive.
