Accommodation was complete with all amenities, smart TV and was very well maintained. The property is also located nearby grocery stores, cafes and walking distance to touristy areas.
There is no physical staff at the property for any issues. Have to liaise with them via online which takes some getting used to.

Stayed for 1 week ,Perfect location, spacious appartment we were 2 so used the spare room as a walk in closest 😀 fairly clean. Enough towels and shower supplies that didn't required us to use our own.
The wash machine was broken stop midway through, but the staff were understanding and offerred to pay for our lunadry to be washed in the next door lunadry shop. However we didn't use it since we already kinda washed the clothes, but needed to finished them by hand, the carpet could use a deep clean as it smelled once you walk into the appartment. All the couch cushions need a wash as they were stained, main bedroom doesn't have a duvet cover and was tucked in btween 2 sheets which wasn't really comfortable. Toaster was broken as well.

Location and layout
Entry door lock was difficult to use.
2nd bed room exterior door would not open and balcony was flooded

The cleaning of the place .
Carpet need to be changed sink in the bathroom is broken, the chair in the leaving room is old and the fabric need to be replaced.
Internet didn’t work for all our stay , contact the property management but on able to result the problem.
