Ik kwam mijn verjaardag vieren, en wou eens iets anders dan Parijs. Rennes was super gezellig! Je kan er op wandelafstand van het hotel gezellig gaan shoppen, er zijn terrasjes, heerlijk dineren in hun eigen restaurant en om de hoek heb je een verse Franse bakker. Ook hun zwembad/spa is aangenaam!

Mathilde on reception was unhelpful, poor customer service, patronising and really had a face like thunder she looked me up and down and didnt hide her feelings. To be honest it was quite a shock to be treated that why by a receptionist as a paying guest. She looked unhappy to be there and like we were an inconvenience. We have stayed in Mama Shelter Nice and Rome and like the format This was unusual as service is usually great and the facilities are spotless and modern.

La décoration avant tout, la piscine et le spa que nous avons trouvé très agréable.
Le dîner au restaurant du Mama était délicieux et l’ambiance était cool 😎avec le Dj.
