It was charming, well kept, and close proximity to the heart of Main Street.
The old house smell. But it didn’t smell dirty! This is something that’s hard to control and we understand that.

The property is unique, with its gardens and varying room types. It is close to the downtown and to the Whitman campus, so that a car (for me) was not necessary. And when I inadvertently had not booked an additional night, the staff graciously accommodated me!

I am allergic to the Coffee mate brand creamer and requested half and half. They accomodated my request. I also appreciate that they upgraded the room when I needed to bring my daughter at the last minute.

Clean, great location and nice outside deck area
Bottle of wine was appreciated
No drawers or good places to put clothes , only a few hangers
No working place around the sink - simple shelf above sink was slanted down and items fell off
Little hot water in morning and afternoon
