Nestled in Walla Walla, this charming house for $798 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The Birch Street Estate is one of Walla Walla's grand mansions. Built in 1912 and lovingly updated in 2014, this 4,800 square foot home is ideal for large groups (sleeps up to #18 guests). All three stories have private sleeping areas and full bathrooms. Back patio, BBQ Grill, seating for up to #18 guests, private fenced backyard. Two block walk to Main St Walla Walla PET FEE: $100, Two dog maximum. Let us know if you are bringing your dog/s and we'll send instructions on how to pay the PET FEE. Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. Large beautiful home with lots of community space and large bedrooms. While built in 1912, it is well-maintained and a beautiful home with lots of wood detailing. The kitchen is well-stocked. Would love to stay again.

beautiful house, great for large groups of people. Large kitchen made it great for entertaining also great to unwind. Easy walk to downtown. Would have liked to have known about the construction ahead of our visit to streamline the route to the house. Also a note about the shared driveway and the next door neighbor rules about sharing it.

The backyard, deck & outdoor furniture were not very inviting or clean. The whole area needed a complete polish. We had to clean off the back & front outdoor furniture and wash the windows so we could see out of them. There was no hose so we did it by hand. The kitchen needs to be stocked with plastic wrap, (only had foil) and some cleaning supplies like windex, etc.. We had a lovely stay and the place was nice just a couple of suggestions.

House is great for big groups and has just about everything you need. We hosted a huge dinner and wine tasting one night and it was perfect. 2 dining tables made it great for our group as did the size of the kitchen. It's a lovely house but has old bones. The downstairs bedrooms are very noisy from upstairs noise and one has a pipe running above so anytime there is running water or a toilet flush you will here it. There is also only one TV in the house and that is in the downstairs area. We stayed in the summer and the lower levels stayed nice and cool however the four bedrooms upstairs was a little warm at night. The host was very accommodating and would definitely stay there again with a big group.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful location this past weekend to celebrate my wedding. We were absolutely amazed by this residence. Everything was perfect! The check in process was easy and we appreciated the thoughtful gift they provided. The house was big enough to accommodate my family and I. It was spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend this residence for big families!

Great getaway
This vacation home was located in a beautiful part of Walla Walla. We were blessed with wonderful weather and our group of 14 took full advantage of the front porch and back deck. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to gather for happy hour and the house was very spacious. Thanks Alexa!

Wine Tasting
Great house for visiting, but couldn't get Direct TV to work; need to rewrite instructions. Back porch post loose.

Well, the house is great, and looks much better than in the photos, to be honest. It's in a great location, has porches that work really well in the morning and evening and all the little touches like shampoo and soaps and stuff are nice.
However, the property manager is a real treat.
On the fridge there's a note that says,
"The comfort and quality of your stay is my #1 goal. Should anything in the home go "on the fritz" or "functionally -challenged" or simply "not right" please call or text me so I can remedy the situation immediately."
So, we took her at her word to let her know the filtered water from the fridge wasn't working and her response was more or less...."Sorry, luckily Walla Walla has some of the best drinking water."
Then, when I contacted her to let her know that the hot and the cold on the washing machine was hooked up backwards and that it ruined 5 peices of my mother's clothes (we were there after a wedding and all needed a refresh on clothes) she said "Sorry, all of the laundry is sent out so those machines are not used by the cleaning crew" then never responded again....
One last thing that rubbed us the wrong was was the laminated sign on the "jetted tub" that read "Jacuzzi feature on tub does not work - only use as bathtub!" If the jets don't work on the tub, don't keep it as a feature in your listing. To go through the effort to laminate a sign, but not update the listing is emblematic of the way the property is managed. Once you're in, you're on your own.

We had a large party of 8 adults with 4 kids and this house fit us all perfectly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and wine bars.
The beds were very comfy, the robes were a nice bonus, and the huge kitchen opening right into the dining room and living room was a great focal point for our large party.
I would recommend the owner get a second fridge as we quickly ran out of room with all of the food and drinks for our size party.
The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was that the floors seemed like the needed to be mopped. When walking around in bare feet inside for an hour, the kiddos all had very dirty feet.

The house was wonderful and true to the description. The only problem was that former occupants had left fish in the fridge and it had a fishy odor. The manager stated that they did everything possible to remove the smell before we arrived. We spent three days in this lovely house and the smell lessened over time.
We would happily stay there again.

This property is a very well maintained and well-appointed house. The rooms provide a lot of space for small groups and for the entire group of 8 of us to gather, to eat, and to socialize. The management was extremely responsive and helped a lot. We cycled the lovely surroundings and I cannot recommend it more highly.
Two small issues with the house: the cleaning of the house was good but not great, for example some dirt in couch cushions. A pet peeve of mine is that the knives were really dull and that makes cooking (for 8) challenging.

Excellent proximity to downtown
The best things about this house are its proximity to downtown and number of bedrooms. Also appreciated the list of recommended amenities - we loved the meals provided by Chef Colleen and having dinner prepared in-home by At-Ease.
