I was traveling with another adult, a child, and a baby. We liked the location. The home was very roomy and cool. We enjoyed hanging out on the couch and "chouch," and enjoyed the roomy dining room. The beds were very comfortable. Great location and good value overall.
The small bedroom near the bathroom was very hot, and had no closet. It would make more sense for the middle room ("the spa and wellness center"—not a descriptive name) to be a bedroom. The sheets were microfiber, which is hot. Why not cotton? Having rented a Pack & Play for the baby, we found one in the closet of "the spa." Please add that to the list of amenities. The bathroom was funky, with the shower rigged up in an old bathtub and no spigots for taking a bath. This would be easy to update. The kitchen was equipped with antiquated aluminum-clad cookware. Again, It would be easy to update to something more modern and healthy. The refrigerator had an ice-making machine, but it didn't work. At least equip it with ice trays. The yard was very unkempt and uninviting. Overall, this place needs some care.

Walking distance to restaurants. Comfortable and clean living spaces.
The main bathroom claw foot tub was difficult to get in and out of. Water faucets in shower were hard to navigate to get perfect temperature.
