- Posizione dell'alloggio davvero eccellente, in pieno centro e vicino alle fermate tram, stazione ferroviaria .
- Alloggio molto silenzioso nonostante fosse in pieno centro.
- Dotazione davvero molto completa, inclusi asse e ferro da stiro.
- Alcuni arredi cominciano ad accusare qualche segno del tempo.
- Non prevista la colazione al mattino : un peccato.
