Inside the home was clean and updated. We had everything needed for our short stay. Close to many great places.
Parking. We had to vehicles so street parking was difficult. The area outside the apartment was unkempt and alarmed us a bit when we first arrived.

Starting with the positives, everything was very clean. (yet the laundry soap or fabric softener used was way too strong)
This was a remodeled apartment in a dumpy, dilapidated, crappy apartment complex, NOT a “luxury home”. At night it looks downright scary, although it was not. I could hear the upstairs neighbors at 6:00 am. The apartment itself had a number of maintenance issues including a shower that leaked water onto the floor.
