The cleanliness
The washing machine did not rinse and spin and I had to bring out each article of clothing by hand and it took longer to dry

It was nice and clean.
No couch bed as advertised had blow up mattress which was fine but no sheets we had to buy some. Pool is private to complex one unit had 6 kids alone plus parents made small pool too crowded. Towel rack was broken and kept falling. Hot and cold water was backwards in same bathroom took us a cold shower to figure out.

Condo was very clean with a lot of included amenities.
Definitely appreciate the starter kit, but the - toilet paper, laundry detergent, blankets…etc weren’t big enough for a family of 5. Maybe consider adjusting amounts for larger families? Condo was a little farther from the beach than I would have liked, but still not too terribly far.
