Overall not at all happy with our stay.

We are 5 elderly ladies who go away 3 times a year, every place we have ever stopped at, the lounge chairs and kitchen chairs were so uncomfortable, but when i saw the photos of Banksia, i knew they were going to be comfortable. What a dissapointment. Why do you show photos that are nothing like what we actually get. 2 friends were going to drop by to have a look, thinking they might book one for their parents, but we didnt have a spare chair for them to sit on. Why cater for 6 guests and only have 5 chairs.

Not really a garden to view, property and interior needs updating especially the bathroom. Property was booked for 2 rooms , got there only 1 room available others were locked! Had to call to have it unlocked. It did not feel at all like a cottage at all. Not the best location.
