Lorenzo was warm and welcoming. He and Barbra work so hard! Beautiful breakfast. Center of walled city, great location for day trips.

The air conditioning was not enough to cool the room. It was extremely hot in the room. Extra fans would help a lot.

The location.

There were a few niggles! Some electrical sockets weren’t functioning. Air conditioning just couldn’t manage to cool room sufficiently - but it was extremely hot outside! Great to have a bidet but the plug couldn’t seal so couldn’t hold water. A very ‘tight’ shower cubicle. No cups for the tea/coffee station just small paper ones. Also no drinking glasses in the room or bathroom.

The pool was beautiful but cold. The location was perfect. The breakfast was abundant. The soap amenities were a delight. Just adorable staff!

The hot tub was abandoned and non operational. The bathroom could have been cleaner. They charge for water in the room… which was a first on our trip.
