Everything that was promised was there and in working order. At the same time, we couldn't really find that Tuscan vibe or character. The hotel felt more like a mass-tourism establishment in an area where accommodation options are limited.

Amazing location in the heart of the beautiful Monteriggioni. The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We had a very special time here.

Showers were tiny. We had a couple of larger men in our group - fair to say they had a bit of a challenge in these very small shower cubicles

Very clean, excellent location

No WiFi or phone reception Reception staff kept lying to us that they’ll would fix it. Later one staff member informed us that there has never been WiFi or phonereception in our room. This was something that we really needed and it spoiled our stay. We did not appreciate being lied to.
