Oh my goddesses!! I liked everything from the staff, the facilities, my room? I had a surprise waiting for us as I traveled with my 2 daughters and it was an upgraded room, I would stay in that my entire life the way I loved it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's all thanks to Hamid for the warmest welcome even way before we arrived, the surprise morning birthday celebration for my other daughter....the rest of the crew was just as amazing. I'm definitely coming back!
Breakfast was great but I feel like it could be more versatile. I really loved the music that was playing in the background and I loved the decorative lounge.

The staff were friendly and welcoming
My room was not cleaned the following day I had to stay 2 days in a room that was not cleaned the following day on our stay
No aircons, was using a heater which was not fully warming the whole house
The TV was not playing
On a day 2 after I bathed the second person I shared room with did not get warm water
Breakfast was really not appetising but eatable
