Easy check-in, clean room & quiet. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great location and water view.

I checked in late, when it was dark. The property could benefit by having some outside lights in the parking/grass lot. I had to use a flashlight to unpack the car. I also stepped in dog poop multiple times at night and the following morning which I imagine was from another guest's dog. There was one motion sensored light that was not working as you got on the porch. The hot water in the shower did not last very long.

The location was great. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and all the supplies were wonderful.

location was excellent for our planned fishing charter. Internet (Wifi was good), nice large TV in Living room.

Heat did not work in the lower bedroom, all showers emitted a sulphorous smell when turned on. Mice were heard in the walls of 2 upstairs bedrooms. Glass half full of some amber fluid was left on the railing of the deck.
