Great location in Beer Sheva! Close to the Georgian Cha Cha very good restaurant. Beautiful room and very spacious! Entrance via a code. Convenient. Kind and helpful people available on WhatsApp.
You need to turn on the boiler for hot water in the shower. No supermarket spotted walking distance as there’s no breakfast. The bathroom needed some maintenance.

This was a beautifully renovated spacious room and very pleasant to just hang around in. The original high stone walls and floors are great as is the beautiful light fitting, couch and cupboard space. The bathroom works well and the water stays in the shower. There is free parking next door. Coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge were appreciated and even though we were there only 2 nights they made up the room. The owners were responsive.
It was lacking some small things - personal bed lamps, only one plate provided (there was cutlery), drinking glasses (there were coffee cups and champagne flutes). A few extra touches and it will be perfect.
