Everything was clean, new. Good location for money, we could see big ben from our room window. I would stay here again.
There is no air conditioner, sometimes it was really hot inside, elevator didnt work but it was okay for us.

The location is exception and the bed was super comfy.
All the building works and the trains are quite loud at night in summer when you need your windows open.

Location is great, staff is friendly, rooms have everything you may need and feel modern, good quality for the price.
Unfortunately on our time there were constant issues with the lift, so I had to use stairs to carry a heavy baggage on check in and check out.
There was also occasional construction noise deep in the night under our window which we were told should not happen.
The train noise is not that bad if you have earplugs, we came in prepared for this.

The location is good and the room itself is nice, although it’s missing a lot of kitchen utensils and you have to buy basics like toilet paper and dishcloths.
The hotel staff was very pleasant.
- They notified us at the last minute that the hotel was under construction.
- They notified us at the last minute that the elevator was out of order.
- The elevator wasn't fixed during we were there (it gives the impression that summer guests aren't treated with the same level of care).
- They didn't clean the room despite us asking several times (guests staying for more than 5 days are entitled to room cleaning).
