Great location, nice apartment.
Lack of communication. Didn't get instructions to check in until an hour before check in. Requested an early check in and received no answer back despite multiple messages. Wandering around with bags not knowing what was happening. Very poor.

Excellent location for entertainment and food, however, my need were to be close to St Thomas’s hospital for an early procedure. And 113 Lower Marsh couldn’t have been a better choice of location, spotlessly clean, excellent amenities for a very reasonable price. The instructions and interaction with the host was timely, helpful and easily understood. 113 Lower Marsh would have taken a lot beating to have made my visit any less stressful. Thank you.
The busy vibrant location might be a problem for sum people but anywhere in central London would be exactly the same and certainly wasn’t a problem for me.
