The staff were wonderful and very helpful, I got the TV working eventually and the Fridge improved slightly to get by. There is a great Cafe Restaurant nearby called Pedlar Project, highly recommended and the roof top view is awesome.
Initially we discovered we had to bring our bags up to the hotel after parking out back underneath which was a surprise, and we had to pay more for this.
I couldn't get the TV to work and the fridge wasn't cooling much at all on arrival, Ice was accumulated at the back of it, the fire sensor also had a bandaid over it for some reason and the bathroom ventilation was very weak or not working.
When we tried the breakfast, many items seemed hard or stale .. eg. cereals, bread, croissants ..

Location is perfect for walking around the city and short distance to the Queensland Bank Stadium. Our balcony was on the West side so the afternoon sun did make the room a little warm.
Being told that their car park was full and that we had to find parking elsewhere but not a big problem even though the cost was $20.00 over night and not $15.00 as mentioned.

TV wasn’t working went to reception and they did send someone up to fix it and was kept awake by the people in the room next to us , could here all there conversations and there working TV, it had adjoining doors in the bedroom next to the bed, wasn’t happy with the 5 am coffee and early morning conversations
