Well furnished room and bathroom with good facilities. The private pool area is a plus.
Could hear the faint sound of music from nearby clubs till late at night. But it wasn’t much of a bother.

They serve breakfast on à la carte basis and have very limited options but everything we ate was amazing. Surprisingly, their aloo parathas were the best.
Everything was perfect except the breakfast service was little slow on our first day. But with the beautiful pool view it would not be much of a problem.

Great stay, great memories, great food. Under staffed but staff attitude was good. Near to beach and major pubs/clubs. I stayed for 2 nights and it was really great experience.
I think there are rats near cottages.. be careful of same 😀. It did bitten some of the food items we had kept open.
A private swimming pool is not so private but ok for a couple who doesn't care much.

Location is good
Staff is good
Only 4 villas in the entire place.
Very small size room.
And the private pool is actually an extension of the main pool, with a curtain dividing it from the main pool.
The breakfast is below average.
Overpriced for such a small room and average amenities just in the name of private pool.
Also pay at property option is a scam because after booking they want the full payment to confirm the booking.
