The location, the extremely kind and helpful stuff (all of them) and the fact that they approved me a refund of part of the money that I payed for the rest of the days that I didn't use since I could not stay there anymore and had to change the accomodation. And the mattress was not bad and the big bathroom and shower-space with water coming from above. The decorations also. Accomodation could be much much better if my advice at the end of the other part is accepted.

This is the lowest review that I've ever given to a place and I hope it is not too high. The room was extremely hot (which was the main reason why I had to search for another accomodation before going to sleep on the 2nd night). On this evening I was totally exhausted and went from my walk to the hostel to sleep earlier, but what I found was a room impossible to enter also the 2 fans were not helping at all. Although outside was fresh, inside was unbearable. According to the stuff my room was on a sunny side that's why it's so hot (also it was 18. /19. of August). I immediately asked for room exchange also with extra payment if needed but all was full. In desperation I searched for a hotel room with better conditions for the rest 3 nights of stay, since there was no other hostel in Lloret de Mar, so it costed me pretty much, but it was the only solution to save the rest of my vacation (on the next day suddenly a place in opposite room, apparently fresher, got free, but I already booked the hotel during the previous night when all in the hostel was supposed to be fully booked). That hotel room saved my vacation since before I was just wishing to come back home. Cleanliness - total disaster, I mean, it was still durable somehow, since bathroom was big and you don't touch sth with your body, but in general hygiene was really poor. There were signs of cleaning in the morning on most important parts, but that was so so basic and partial that the general picture was still too bad. I mean I know the guests are making it dirty, but also at home even if you are too careful after some time dirt will collect, so imagine here it was a dirt of many people, not always so careful, and on the top of it never cleaned thorough. Guests normally do vacation and use amenities normally, and in normal accomodation there should be stuff responsible for a regular thorough cleaning.

Kitchen was dirty, minding food in the fridge. Bathroom was gross. Very rude staff member on at night time. There was an incident outside the hostel and I needed help to call the police and he was rude and dismissive telling me to be quiet.
