First of all, I would like to say that all the staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, and well-mannered. They were always willing to assist and made our stay very comfortable.
The food was great, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained. Overall, we were very happy with the service and the hospitality.
The only thing we did not particularly like was the railway crossing nearby. The gate was closed quite frequently, which sometimes caused a little inconvenience. We could also hear some noise from the trains, especially at certain times.

The lifts had some bad smell. I reported this to the reception but nothing was done.
It is advertised as a 5star. But this hotel is 4star. I will rated as 3 star. Breakfast has to order from small menu they gave. Not worth the breakfast.
