L’hôtel et le lieu sont exceptionnelles ! Un havre de paix au milieu des backwaters, l’établissement inclus pas mal d’activité avec un service impeccable et des prix corrects.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, particularly the management.. They were very happy to help us with whatever we needed. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed the afternoon tea. It was also nice to take part in pottery and fishing. The location is beautiful.
It was disappointing to find the swimming pool only 3/4 full - even when topped up by maintenance it wasn't to the full infinity level. There were no sun umbrellas by the pool which made it impossible to sit by the pool and relax. The hotel is lacking a lounge or bar to socialise in. I understand not selling alcohol but a place to sit comfortably and have other drinks would be good.

Gorgeous location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Pool villa with Lake view was lovely and spacious. Enjoyed the breakfast and lunch menu.

The resort management asked if we can accommodate in a different property a day before the arrival.
