The owners have provided everything you need for a fabulous getaway, including shampoo/conditioner/soap/sunscreen in the baths, folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 10x10 folding beach canopy, beach sand toys, beach towels, boogie boards, 2 tennis racquets & 2 pickleball racquets & balls, beach cooler, and even a convenient folding cart for taking everything down to the beach through the elevator! Expandable dining table will seat 8 comfortably, plus there are 3 counter-height barstools at the kitchen bar. The COFFEE BAR features a "Ninja" brand specialty coffeemaker and is perfect for your morning java, or as an adult beverage bar in the evenings. For the little ones, we provide a high chair, sink step-up stool, baby changing pad, baby wash tub, and Pack n' Play. Each bathroom features a shower with detachable, hand-held shower head (sorry, no bathtubs on-site). HURRY! My husband and I can see why Mike is a super host. This condo was well appointed, close to everything and quiet. So close to the beach you can hear the waves from your bedroom (and I don’t mean with the windows open). Everything we needed was provided beach wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, grill, even a foot pump for our mat. Beautifully decorated, kitchen appliances were top grade and all supplies for kitchen you needed. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed for a week and it was simply perfect. Would be great for a family also. If you see this condo listed I would not hesitate you cannot go wrong here. Thanks again Mike and Karyn for sharing this condo.

Mike and Karyn are amazing hosts. Their condos are beautifully updated and have everything you need to enjoy time at the beach. We begin relaxing the moment we walk into their properties. This is our fourth stay and I’m sure we’ll return soon.

Amazing vacation spot. Gorgeous condo with amazing ocean views from a comfortable private balcony. Hosts provided absolutely everything you could think of and then some. Met Mike for check in and he responded immediately when we had to contact him. Beautiful private beach and a very short ride to all the St. Augustine attractions and restaurants. Would love to come again.

From check-in and check out. Communication was absolutely perfect.. The special touches from Mike and his wife were incredible. The finishings in this home are incredible would suggest it for any family traveling to Florida.

This is the perfect little condo for an oceanfront get away. So hard to come by, but exactly what you want. The ocean is just steps away, the sound of the waves is always there!! Beautifully decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere while you enjoy your stay the the ocean. everything you could possibly need is in this condo, groceries and restaurants are just five minutes away! Enjoy a relaxing walk or jog over the Vilano Bridge, where you can look see Olde Town St. Augustine at sunrise or sunset. We’ll definitely be back!
