Entire House. Every comfort of home: Live Here, Work Here or just visit: speedy wifi, supremely convenient to town and major traffic arteries. This pet friendly charmer has it all, washer/dryer, private parking for 2 cars, close to good restaurants, grocery stores and more. Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson Cancer at Baptist and UF Shands are not far via access to I-95. Private outdoor alcove. One friendly house trained pet, under 20 lbs. allowed. Trendy San Marco .5 mile, jags stadium 4 miles, good restaurants close.

We are happy to report a 4 star rating, sharing only the location as a drawback. This is perhaps an unavoidable trade-off with the favorable access to the vitality of Jacksonville and the traffic noise. Clearly that is a feature of the property and not the hosts. We were awakened by loud music and intersection noise, that could perhaps be offset by a white noise machine (had we thought of it).The cottage was clean and comfortable with interesting picture and history books on Jacksonville. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had.
