Recently renovated 75 year old mountain home. 3 bedroom / 2 bath house less than 10 minutes from Sierra Nevada, 15 minutes from Biltmore House and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Close to hiking trails, Blue Ridge Parkway, and conveniently located near the Asheville Regional Airport. Short drive to shopping, restaurants, and local breweries. Amenities include, Wi-Fi, full-size washer/dryer, plenty of parking, Keurig coffee/tea and bottled water. Dog-friendly fenced-in back yard.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room and separate dining room. There is a deck in front of the house with a side table and chairs. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The back patio overlooks the fenced in lot with a nice mountain view.

This was our third year to stay at the Beary Relaxing cottage while we competed in a dog show at the Western North Carolina Ag center, and we are almost beginning to feel like it is our home! It is just a beautiful small home with perfect amenities and a lovely yard for our dogs. The hosts are amazing to work with, and we look forward to yet another year here. We know everyone else will enjoy it as well.

This was a very nice place to stay with pets. The fenced backyard made potty breaks easy. The snacks, bottled water and ice waiting in the refrigerator was very welcoming. Nice location near prettt much anything you could need.

Everything was wonderful. Five stars all day!!! The house had a very relaxing vibe and they provided everything that we could have needed. Loved being able to watch the sunrise and sunset on the front and back deck. We slept great, the bed was very comfortable. Our dog was also very comfortable there. She loved the big backyard and laying on the decks, too. We were quite comfortable and loved everything about our stay. Thanks so much!!
