Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of rental. Security cameras at front of house, side door, overlooking pool, deck, and dock. Cameras are turned off once guests arrive. They are primarily used for off season safety concerns. Camera monitoring pool pump can be accessed remotely periodically to check pump performance.

Absolutely beautiful setting and amenities. The accommodations were excellent for 10 (5 months to grands). The property offerered a variety of activities for all ages (pool, lake for kayaking and fishing, gas firepit for smores, and pinball).Communication was a 10!!

Our sales reps stayed here for our annual sales retreat and it was perfect. They enjoyed cooking, playing pin ball and hanging out in a great house. Very convenient location to all that downtown Littleton has to offer. Of course being winter they could not enjoy as many amenieties the house has to offer. But it is a great house and location, winter or summer.

The house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view and all the amenities were in good working order. The house was clean and accommodating for our group. We only had a few questions for the owner who was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property.

Very satisfied with our stay overall but all the cameras outside in the patio and pool area were kind of creepy.
