You are so private no one can here you. Loud music allowed. • You do not need to lock the property whilst you are there. Feel free to leave it open and the lounge room doors wide open. • Charges are according to the number of beds booked for. If other beds have been used without prior arrangement the extra person charge will be applied • Please do not use towels or washers to remove make-up. • Please do not take any of the decorations or ornaments from the home otherwise you will be charged accordingly. • Any damage or breakages must be reported to the owner before departure otherwise you will be charged accordingly. • Please respect water and electricity and try not to waste. Switch off the lights if not using. • Strictly no illegal activities are permitted on the premises. • If the house is left in a state that requires more than the standard clean an additional cleaning fee will be charged depending on the condition.
