Located in Pismo Beach, this charming house for $341 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Adorable & beachy vacation rental home in Downtown Pismo Beach. It has two bedrooms and one full-bathroom on the second floor. The primary bedroom includes ample storage space, a comfortable king-size bed, and views of the surrounding area - including the famous Pismo Beach sign. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a twin bunk bed, and a large closet for storage. The upstairs restroom has a newly remodeled shower with a large tub, and a skylight providing natural light. Downstairs you'll have a large, open-concept layout, with a newly remodeled kitchen, a dining table that seats 8, a half bathroom, and comfortable living room furniture. The living room has a stream-ready smart TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, as well as books for you to enjoy. There is also a little doggy corner under the staircase with a crate and other pet amenities. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The fenced backyard features a Blackstone Gas Barbecue (propane provided) fountain, plants, and bistro seating, as well as a doggy door for the convenience of you and your furry family-member (guests must pick up after their furry family to avoid additional housekeeping charges). The owners suggest you use the front patio as an extension of the living room. It has comfortable patio furniture, twinkle lights, a citrus tree, and steps leading down to a propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The front patio is the perfect space for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning* Off street parking in the driveway for one large or two smaller vehicles. Dogs allowed with prior approval, and additional fees will apply once approved.

Great access to beach, restaurants and community. Very walkable and dog friendly. Property was very clean and updated. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay. My fur bay loved her stay too.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Very roomy and the fire pit outside was a nice touch along with the deck. Being able to bring our Dog was extremely important and the house even had a kennel for leaving her for short periods. Will definitely rent again.

Great place to stay with our family and dog. Wish we had known they had a dog crate as we could have left ours at home. Overall a fabulous little house within walking distance to the beach. Will definitely book again.

This home was beautiful and very comfortable and our two fur babies loved the small backyard and using doggie door. This home does have lots of stairs and steps, as well as a very deep tub/shower so may not be a good choice for those with physical challenges.

The place was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Very relaxing and convenient. Also…beds were extremely cozy! Would stay again next time we’re in the area.

We loved staying here. We walked to the beach, shopping, and restaurants everyday. The house is really cute and fit us perfectly - even our dog! It is very clean and has almost everything we needed. Here are some fyi’s: 🏖️There is a very small step down into the kitchen. It took us 2 days to remember it was there 😆 🏖️The king bed is VERY soft and comfy - maybe a little too soft. 🏖️Kitchen doesn’t have any seasonings except s&p. It has everything else and really is the star of the house. 🏖️There is only 1 shower with a big new bathtub! 🏖️ There is a Blackstone out back and not a “grill”. Worked great for cooking fish that we bought in Avila Beach. 🏖️When it’s 100+ inland it was in the 70’s here - PERFECT! We can wait to come back!!

The house itself is nice and spacious. The open living room and front porch provide a large amount of space to hang out with friends and family. The check in instructions were buried in the rental agreement which was a little cumbersome, and a separate email with an address and instructions would have been nice. Otherwise the house itself is great and in a very convenient location.
