This home is located not 200 feet from the Black Oak Inn trail entrance Hotspot.
Close to town with less than a 5 minute drive to the local restaurant’s, gas stations, and even groceries.

Three full private bedrooms each with a cabin theme and heart. Each bedroom has a large dresser and ample closet space for all your gear. Bonus space upstairs includes trundle bed with the possibility of sleeping 2 separately.
The main floor boats an open kitchen area with plenty of gathering space into the living room. While the feel of this home is quaint cozy cabin you have the benefits of a large modern home here.
Home sits on an acre of private land, few neighbors, and peacefully gorgeous view.
Deer spotters won’t have to wait long to catch a glimpse of a deer or two in the trees.
Your stay accommodates your power sports vehicles with garage space plenty and your gear with a sizable laundry room with drying racks. Come back after a day of snowmobiling or ATV riding to relaxation and warm atmosphere!

Welcome to the little town of Land O’Lakes the only town where snowmobile and ATV vehicles are more frequent than cars!! Take the roads or trails less than 5 miles to access the local grocery stores and gas stations. Virtually endless options for local restaurants and good time pubs!
The collection of area lakes and miles of scenic trails gives you plenty of outdoor fun choices. Take time to breathe in the fresh air of northern Michigan-Wisconsin border life.
Park your boat, snowmobile, ATV, trailers and cars without worry when you’re ready to relax!

Owners personal mobiles are sometimes kept in garage. They are on separate locks and off limits to guests.

We enjoyed our stay with our kids and dog, we only stayed a few nights but there was plenty of space for everyone. Two full bathrooms was a bonus and we loved being only a few min drive from town. We were disappointed there was no outdoor furniture so we opted not to make a campfire. And the washer and dryer didn’t work well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the house for several days while visiting family on a nearby lake. The house is comfortable and quiet. We saw lots of interesting birds and white-tailed deer on our morning walks.
