This 1st floor apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking up a storm, as well as spacious bedrooms with two queen beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Relax in the stylish living room, complete with a SmartTV and high-speed WiFi. And with the added bonus of a private balcony, coin-op washer/dryer in the basement, and exterior security cameras, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and secure stay. Pets are welcome for $100 pet fee. Street parking (free) available. Located near major highways and state routes, this apartment is just a short walk to the bus and train station, providing easy access to downtown North Andover, Andover, Lawrence and more. You'll also be just minutes from Lawrence General Hospital, Brooks, Merrimack College, Phillips Academy, and Tuscan Village, MGH and within a 33-minute drive to both Boston and NH Beaches. Please note that parties and events are not allowed on the property. Our policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to respect our neighbors and their peaceful enjoyment of their homes. **If you book and cancel your stay and it is within the refund period we will refund the percentage according to our refund policy and subtract the credit card processing fee charged to us (unless booked via ABNB).** *****Detailed check-in information will be shared upon booking. There are 2 exterior cameras installed on the outside, street facing, doors. These cameras are in place to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property. The footage from these cameras will only be used for security purposes or in the event of an incident. There are no cameras or sound recording devices inside the property.

Gil was the perfect host, with easy communications and prompt replies. Our family was invited to a wedding in North Andover, and finding this apartment was a lucky find for our family. We also rented the adjacent unit, so everyone could stay together. This apartment truly is a gem, with endless small thoughtful amenities scattered about the apartment that made our stay so comfortable. Three spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen with extra snacks, salt/pepper, coffee and a comfortable living room to relax in. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to explore the North Andover area. Thank you Gil!

The house was easy to check into and the place was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the highway noise, but that didn't keep me from sleeping well!

Very organized, the drawers in the kitchen are even labeled. We easily found whatever we needed, from extra towels to salt. It is close-ish to the highway but still quiet and the street was quiet too, there was plenty of street parking as well. Overall a very comfy place to stay.

My family of 6 adults stayed at this property for two nights. It is close to an interstate, small airport, and train tracks. However, with the air conditioners running, I was not disturbed by noise from those things. In other seasons this may be a problem for a guest. One thing I would caution others about is that the hot water from the tap is not just hot, it is scalding! A regulator should be placed on the faucets or the water heater thermostat should be turned down by the owner. Kitchen had adequate utensils but was laid out in an odd fashion (i.e., sink, dishwasher, and trash on one side of the area and stove/refrigerator a good distance on the opposite side.

We were back in MA visiting family and friends and were happy to find a location central to everyone we wanted to see. Convenient to highway and everything we needed. Great neighborhood - good for walking. Gil was responsive with a few questions we had prior to and during the stay.

We enjoyed our visit to the Boston area. The house was charming, very clean and centralized to the areas we wanted to visit. I have no reservations staying there again.Gil was very receptive and always responded in a timely manner.

The rental was cozy and the hosts were lovely, however the location was a bit unfortunate. The apartment is down the street from the expressway and I believe there is a train nearby. Therefore, there was lots of noise at night and when we tried to nap. This is also a first floor unit, and the floors are creaky. We heard almost every footstep from the unit above. Overall, the rental was nice enough.
