The beach is approximately a 4-5 minute walk from our front door! The ground floor of the townhome consists of the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room features new furniture including a large couch and sitting chair to accommodate plenty of guest seating space. Guests will love watching their favorite shows, movies, and sporting events on the flat screen tv. If you plan to cook during your stay, preparing family meals will be fun in this kitchen which is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, and cooking supplies. The kitchens come stocked with plenty of glassware, dinner plates, etc so you will feel right at home! The dining area is located next to the living room and entails a dining table which seats 8 guests and is great for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen countertop has an additional 3 bar stools for guests to sit as well. This home has full internet access and cable tv. When guests are ready to rest, our first guest room is located upstairs. It has two sets of beautiful, beach-grey bunk beds with secured ladders. The lower bunks are full size with twin sizes above. It shares a bathroom with the master bedroom which is equipped with a King bed and access to the balcony facing the pool. Our second guest room with 2 full-size beds is located downstairs and is perfect for a small family or the older kids in the group Treasure Island is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, making it an easy walk to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean!
