A line item inventory is completed before and after every guest stay. - No alterations or removal of furnishings or decorations: Exterior Security cameras and interior smoke detectors/ CO2 and decibel level monitors on site. If cameras or monitors are found to have been disabled/tampered or manipulated a $500 fee will be assessed per item . -No mail or package deliveries to the address: There is no mailbox available to guests. -Guest agrees that if there are any maintenance / repairs / cleanings that must be completed during the stay, guest will allow entry into unit by host or designated staff -Please respect the neighborhood. No loud music/noise outside after 8 pm: If for any reason a host contracted Security Company is notified because of guests actions, guests will be charged for the cost of $100 dollars per incident or at cost to host, whichever is more.
