The location was perfect and the room was very clean. The hotel seemed fairly new. Friendly staff, too.
The room was much smaller than expected. Breakfast was a bit basic in my opinion. There was not very good sound insulation. The window of the room was facing a wall.

Our stay at Naxos Cave Suites was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
The room itself was incredibly unique and beautifully designed. The cave-style architecture was creative, luxurious, and unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before. Having a stunning jacuzzi right in the room made it feel even more special and relaxing.
What truly sets this property apart, though, is the family that runs it. The mother, father, son, and daughter were some of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve ever encountered while traveling. They treated us like family, always going out of their way to help, accommodate any request, and make sure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality was simply unmatched.
The breakfast was amazing every morning—delicious, abundant, and seemingly never-ending. The pool was always the perfect temperature and became one of our favorite places to relax and spend time during our stay.
The cleanliness was also exceptional. The rooms were spotless every single day, with fresh towels and robes provided daily. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
This was truly a 5-star experience in every way. If you’re visiting Naxos, I cannot recommend Naxos Cave Suites highly enough. We will absolutely be returning and will be recommending it to everyone we know.

Great location for getting around Athens! Comfy bed, lovely and clean!
Nothing - only slight improvement would be hot water for tea at breakfast. Tea bags were available but no hot water to make it.

Our room was quiet.
Paid for a room with a city view . All rooms on booking site state rooms have a city view. As others have mentioned we were given a room with NO view. It had a frosted glass window that opened a tiny bit. The room was therefore very claustrophobic and stuffy.
We were too jetlagged to complain and ask to be moved. Would never have booked a room with no clear window . Liked the overall hotel but hated the room given.
