Apartamento cómodo y bien ubicado. Cerca de las paradas del metro y del autobús. Limpio y acogedor. Camas cómodas. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión que respondía rápidamente a nuestros mensajes.

The location of the property is perfect. It is 8-10 minutes’ walk from Colosseum. It has easy access to two main bus stops (Giovanni in Laterano & Labicana) and metro stations (Manzoni & San Giovanni), but you can also walk to main Rome sites if you wish (expect from Vaticano obviously).
Bedroom has good size, living room with kitchen annex was fine too. Bathroom was clean. Rooms were ready and nicely prepared for our visit including "welcome pack". Each room has A/C unit and with night mode (silent mode) you can keep it all night.
Walls are thick so it was quiet durring night. No noises etc. Property was nice and clean.
There are two small shops with food just 50m from apartment (down the street) and one bigger within 7 minutes (near Labicana). There are lots of small restaurants and coffee shops down the street (Spaccio Pasta near Giovanni metro station, as well as small place Bottega67, down the street is recomended).
The host (Fabio) was very helpful. We received all necessary information, then all instruction. All was clear and easy to follow. If there was any issue, any question, we were getting answer almost instantly. Property management were really looking after us.
There wasn't really nothing wrong. I would prefer front street view but then it could be too hot from the direct sun and probably more noisy. Also, we went to see Rome, not to sit in the apartment, so all was fine :)

La ubicación. Está a 10 minutos andando del Coliseo.
Cuando llegamos a hacer el check in a las 15:00 no pudimos entrar hasta las 17:00 porque estaban poniendo aire acondicionado. Estuvimos dos horas sin poder hacer uso del apartamento en plena ola de calor. El aire no funcionó ni un solo momento en la semana que estuvimos. No hay ventilación, pues las ventanas dan a un patio interior mugriento. El calor era insoportable y no funcionaba el aire (que era nuevo, eso no lo niego) porque el edificio no tiene potencia de electricidad suficiente y cuando.lo enciendes se va la luz. Para refrescarnos había dos ventiladores, pero no quitaba el calor. Estuvimos un día, hasta por la tarde sin luz . El anfitrión no solucionó nada en esos días. También fue muy desagradable; le pedimos salir dos horas mas tarde, puesto que habíamos entrado dos horas tarde y, nos dijo que no. De hecho envió a la señora de la limpieza para echarnos por si nos quedábamos, cosa que no íbamos a hacer porque nosotros, si, sabemos lo que es respeto.
El agua de la ducha es muy escasa, sale muy poca cantidad y de pronto sale ardiendo que se queda fría.
Por último decir que el.anfitrión me ofreció 160€ si ponía buena reseña, más de un 8 o no ponía ninguna (según él, me lo pagaría tras pasar los 14 días que hay para poner la reseña, no antes, por supuesto).Lo puedo justificar porque tengo sus wp.No acepté. Eso me da que pensar en que la puntuación que aparece de reseñas puede estar pactada.
No volvería a alojarme allí, hay otros sitios mejores y al mismo precio; yo seleccioné éste solo por estar cerca del Coliseo, pero no merece la pena.
Una experiencia horrible.
