Great customer service

I booked a room whith an early check in. I wrote to the owners early in the morning to ask them if I could check in around 12:00. I got an immediate response that they were having a large group who were checking out that day, but they would they their best to accomodate my request with priority. I got a message before 12:00 that the room was ready and I got the code. The check_in was super easy and fast (pin code). A couple of hours after checking out, we realized we had forgotten a backpack in one of the drawers alongside a wallet with all the credit cards, national ID etc. We called the owners and they told us they had already sent a message informing us the housekeeper found it. We saw the message late indeed, but they called the courier the same they and sent it to us.Higly appreciate the level of customer service

Un loc excelent pentru o escapadă de câteva zile în Iași. Confortabil, bine amplasat, curat, parcarea la proprietate fiind un plus. Un raport calitate preț excelent.

Trebuie un pic insistat in zona de curățenie a balcoanelor. In rest, totul ok.
