Not only that it is easy to get there, but also the owner sent me a message with howto's, also very prompt in answering anything. The man is a legend. I really like the location, the facilities, and over all it was superb. Next time I'll get in town, I'll search first for free rooms here.
The parking space is limited, but the owner also mentioned the existing of another parking space, few meters away, so it should be fine.

Very clean and spacious rooms. We liked the mini kitchen and washer, as well as all the cabinets in the room. Proximity to Palas a very big plus.
Needed more bath products. We could hear the activities from the neighboring rooms loud and clear.
