the property location was handy, the keys upon arrival were handy and the host had great communication & allowed us to check in a few hours early for our daughters nap which was very kind.
we did not know that the cottage is built at the rear of an existing property, the garden area seemed shared with the tenants at the existing property, there wasn't much room around the house as suggested. Because it is built at the rear of an existing house, the driveway is narrow and hard to navigate at night. The beds and the sofa were extremely hard and we found the beds difficult to sleep on. I think if they upgraded the beds and the sofa the price point might not be so wild. Currently i feel it was very overpriced for the fact that it is built at the back of an existing house & very close to neighbours also, the reason we picked this over other hotels in the area is that we assumed it was on its own property for $450 per night... otherwise we probably wouldn't have selected.

Very comfortable and liked the extra care taken with homey comforts, such as knitted blankets on beds. An abundance of shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc. Same for tea, coffee and condiments. Pamphlets of the local area and places of interest to visit.
