Upon check out, I left my key on the desk, and during my busy workday, I received an unwelcome call informing me that it was missing. I don't have a discussion in my workday about a key. You need to put a code on the door. When checking into the lock box at night, it can be quite challenging to locate it, especially for older individuals who may struggle to see in the dark. There needs to be an outdoor light placed over the lock box . There is no one to call after a certain time because there's no check-in. I struggled to find my room for almost 20 minutes. For a $200 room, one would expect quality hair care and hygiene products, yet the amenities fall short. While the decor is new, it feels somewhat inexpensive. The air conditioning is set at a constant 69°, and there's no way to adjust it, which can be uncomfortable during a heat wave or for those experiencing menopause. Overall, this room does not feel like a good value for the price.
