Location and lay out of the house
The house was not clean. there was trash between the sofa cushions..trash in some of the night stand draws. The house is due for a face lift. needs to be painted, pots are burnt on the inside and need to be replaced. Not all of them. pantry doors need a real good cleaning and need paint. upstairs bedroom, one of the King side room ..the bed frame is embedded in the concrete, inside front door is dirty and has dents in it. Down stairs bedrooms are like sauna's. The refrigerator doesn't get cold and the ice maker wasn't making ice. The AC is set for 74 but registers 76 (downstairs). We did have a handy man come, but nothing was really done.

The house is nice and looks like the pictures posted. It's located in a very nice neighborhood. Ms. Leah was accessible and responded quickly whenever I reached out to her.
There were ants in the kitchen but once I told the owner, she had someone to come out the next morning. Also, it would be nice to have some reels installed at the pool and hot tub for assistance and security when getting in and out of the pool. The home needs a few minor repairs.

The location was extremely good to Disney World. And close to interstate. For the ride there and home.
lf there was more access for handicap customers. Other than that the stay was amazing. Like shower with maybe a chair and arm rails. But we made do with what we had.
