Very easy to get in - door code which worked perfectly (and generally is a very good way of getting in and out with multiple people.....preferred to keys). Hosts were available and responsive....Three bathrooms were very welcome with four people (and we requested, and were given) linen to use the sofa bed for one of the guests.....Location a c.15-20 min easy walk from the centre of Ponta Delgada; easy parking near the property. Towels left for use at the hot springs, which was appreciated, and the mattresses on the single beds were new and comfortable.
We were perfectly comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful (they were round in minutes after we had trouble - our fault - with the coffee machine!), and were kind enough to give us both an early check in and later check out (much appreciated) but overall - as other guests have said - the property feels a little bit tired and could do with a bit of a refresh to make it feel more comfortable for guests.
