The flat is fantastic, really spacious (there were 6 of us), clean and well equipped.
It’s not that I didn’t like the location (it’s fab to watch the planes land/take off from the airport - which is impressive), I just wanted to mention that it’s not central. It’s not near the old town of Ponta Delgada, but the neighbourhood is quiet and we wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-organized. It has a lovely sea view, a large living room, three bedrooms, and everything was tidy on arrival. There were plenty of towels, and dishwashing liquid was provided, which was appreciated.
For the price, this is an excellent option in the Azores, and we would definitely recommend it.
There are just a couple of small things that could make the stay even better. It would be very helpful to have laundry detergent available for guests. Also, the bathroom and toilet doors do not have locks, which can be inconvenient when a larger family is staying together, as everyone has to be warned before someone uses the bathroom.

Location was superb. Just a couple of mins from the center. We were able to get there using the bolt Escooters around the corner of the flat. The apartment has a very modern spacious feel to it with large very well insulated windows. Was not bothered at all by the construction happening around the building. Our host sent us lots of messages which made us feel very well taken care of.
There were certain amenities that were not fully prepared. We were unable to use the dishwasher until we got our own pods from the local shop. But there were washing machine pods available. We would have also liked having more bin bags at our disposal. I think a welcome brochure would perhaps give more context to the apartment and explain how everything works.

A localização era bastante central, numa zona residencial, com espaço para estacionar facilmente.
Apartamento super espaçoso, bem decorado e com bastantes comodidades. Ar condicionado em todos os quartos e sala de estar, cozinha com muita arrumação, lavandaria bem equipada e grande varanda.
A zona envolvente está toda em obras, pelo que havia bastante barulho, mas as janelas eram incríveis e abafavam muito bem o som de fora. No último dia, tivemos vizinhos barulhentos no apartamento de cima, mas isso a gestão do alojamento não consegue controlar.
