Das Zimmer auf die Strasse hinaus mit dem Kopfsteinpflaster hatte keine Schallschutzfenster

Tolles Gebäude, schöner Pool und Wellnessbereich. Große komfortable Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Großstücksbuffet. Sehr bequeme Poolliegen.

Die Pools könnten etwas tiefer sein. Nur 1,06 und 1,20 m. Einflugschneise des Flughafens.

Rooms were nice. It was a good stopover for one night.

Slow service at breakfast. Staff not overly friendly. Coffee service was very slow.

The location and the big patio

Paying (and expensive) parking and not big enough. Interior pool opened only until 8pm and requiring the use of a swimming cap - which is not said anywhere beforehand - that the hotel sells for 4€/each. This is ridiculous for this kind of standing hotel in addition to the absurdity of the rule. Necessity to use stairs to access some rooms in addition to elevators. Very old and horrible style of the bathroom despite the hotel has been recently refurbished + terrible finishings No electric kettle in the room - the only of all hotels we traveled to in the Azores.
