The breakfast really stood out as excellent! Especially being able to order off a small menu in addition to the buffet. The staff was wonderful, giving us helpful advice on parking and even providing breakfast boxes for us on our extremely early departure day. We also enjoyed wonderful massages from Bianca at the spa. We loved the products in the bathroom so much we bought some to take home. Overall excellent!
The shower was a bit moldy and had a bit of a musty smell, we could see why as the ventilation was not great in a very small bathroom. We found that it was very hard to get our towels to completely dry. The hammam shower was also closed during our stay but we did still enjoy the pool.

Overall a good stay. The steam room (or sauna) was under maintenance which I wish they would have said. Rooms were good and the location was excellent Z

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The beauty of this hotel, the details, cleanliness, and staff. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the breakfast and spa were a plus. The location is central to all the restaurants and shopping in Ponta Delgado. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we were brought a bottle of champagne and desserts.
There was nothing we did not like. We were very satisfied with this hotel.
