Location was great. The house was beautiful and was so lovely to stay in this property.
The barbecue was filthy to the point that it was completely unusable and had not been cleaned for a very long time. Even though the instructions stated to clean the barbecue as this was not a part of the cleaning. We cleaned it as much as we could ourselves and then went and purchased 2 silicone mats to use and then threw away as the barbecue was still not that clean after use. The dishes all needed washing before use. The previous people must not have cleaned them that well, again another thing noted as what the tenants needed to clean. The actual home was clean and the linen was all clean etc so these were the issues that stem from other tenants using the property and perhaps need to be checked on, especially the barbecue. I would definitely rent this property again, but would bring my own barbecue next time, as we had purchased a lot of barbecue food to cook with our family.
