I like that they owners contacted us prior to the day and gave us the entry code when they said they would
The property was clean and comfortable and was exactly what we had been looking for.
The lighting was not very bright . We would have liked a hair dryer and for lights on the bed side tables.

Amazing house, so spacious and had everything we needed. Loads of room to spread out, get comfortable and didn’t need to bring a single thing. I even bought my coffee machine from home (love my coffee) and the owners had the exact same coffee machine there already! Will 100% be back.
Bedding on the main bed had not been laundered prior to our stay, there were a few recent stains and could tell the pillows had been used and not washed prior. Perhaps this is the only thing that was a concern and cleaners let the property owners down in that sense, but otherwise was a great place to stay!

Good location, spacious house. 2 living areas suited our family group very well. Books, games, toy cars etc. were much appreciated
We felt the house was missing the following which would have made our stay better. No shampoo, conditioner etc. supplied in spite of the 'free toiletries' on the list of inclusions. I did call the hosts number and left a message but received no reply so I assumed the small cake of soap left with each towel was considered to be enough. A hairdryer would have been useful. No plug in the laundry trough. Laundry dryer had a notice on it to empty after each load but it was extremely full of water.
In the kitchen there were no serving / salad bowls or platters and no bottle opener.
On our arrival we read through the information for the bins etc. The three wheelie bins had not been emptied for a while and were completely full so we were unable to add hardly any rubbish to them when we put them out on Monday night so our rubbish had to go in once emptied on Tuesday morning. Bin in kitchen drawer had corn chip / nuts etc spilt all over it and in the drawer.
None of the four bedrooms had any bedside lamps.
We have stayed in many hotels and homes in Australia and overseas and all supply the above basics.
