The open floor plan features generous front and back decks offering Gulf views, a newly renovated and fully stocked chef’s kitchen, breakfast bar with stools, and a roomy dining and living area. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own private vanity area and Jack and Jill-style bathrooms. There is also a half bathroom off the kitchen & living area. High-speed Wi-Fi and a small work desk with monitor are available in one of the bedrooms if you need to do a little work while there. Every bed is outfitted with fresh, comfortable linens, and each room includes its own flat-screen TV. If you travel with your pets, experience the best of pet-friendly comfort in this impeccably clean, well-maintained, and spacious home. Enjoy a fenced dog area with direct access from the expansive back decks (covered area and uncovered sun deck with loungers). Just to let your pet out without having to take them for a walk! Below the house, you’ll find a charcoal grill, outdoor hot/cold shower, fish cleaning station, and plenty of covered parking. We went for our anniversary trip with our boys and in laws. On top of how immaculate the house was, the view was the most beautiful part about the home. We enjoyed rocking on the back porch while watching the waves bounce on the waters. The back porch was very spacious, and we spent a majority of our time out there with our pup and family. Everything was labeled so there was no searching for any supplies, which was a huge bonus as I’ve never seen that in another home before. The beach was maybe a 5 minute walk, and our dog loved it so much. He’s never been to the beach, but he played in it like he grew up there. I love how the layout of this home is. It never felt crowded, even with 8 of us there. The kitchen table and bar stools were chef’s kiss. It made cooking and cleaning and eating together as a family very enjoyable. It was a very relaxing vacation, and the host even called out when they noticed (before we did!!) that the AC needed to be reset (which only took a few minutes and was super easy). Our in laws talked about how cold it was so the AC worked phenomenally. They provide plenty of towels, including towels for our dog and beach wagon on top of countless other supplies. We have already handed friends out this beach home to rent for themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend you visit! You won’t regret it.

This was our second stay at Chill Out, and we love it just as much as the first time. The location is peaceful, quiet, and truly relaxing. It’s especially great for traveling with dogs. The fenced yard is a perfect size and made the trip so much more stress-free. Our dog was happy the whole stay. The beach is just steps away, and we loved taking morning and afternoon walks along the shore. My husband enjoyed fishing right from the beach. Loved watching the sunrise from the front porch, then spending afternoons on the back deck or the covered porch, taking in the breeze. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and the beds and couches are very comfortable. We also really appreciate the thoughtful extras, like the shelf of dog towels and blankets in the laundry closet - such a nice touch for pet owners.We picked up fresh shrimp from Skinner's Seafood and enjoyed Dockside Seafood Restaurant, which made the trip even better. This place has become one of our favorite spots, and we can’t wait to come back.

Great place - so close to the beach! Make sure you bring groceries including coffee. We had a problem with coffee maker but was able to easily communicate with owner.
