This newly-renovated, concept-designed condo features a beautiful bedroom and 1.5 baths. In the condo, you'll find new flooring, a zen boutique design, a stocked kitchen, a desk with dedicated workspace, 150 Mbps WiFi, and a 65" UHD LED TV with free streaming of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc. with an additional LED TV in the master bedroom. We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary. Parking is free in front of the building. Guest Access: Full access. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is safe and there is plenty of parking. Located with convenient access to interstate 75. Getting Around: The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system.
