A peaceful place to have tons of indoor and outdoor fun with your loved ones. Play a variety of games in our dedicated game room: • Air hockey • Shuffleboard table • Head-to-head Pacman • Golden Tee 3D Golf • NFL Blitz • Terminator 2 arcade • A variety of board games! Watch all the big games on our 4 smart TVs throughout the home! Enjoy our living room with a sectional couch and dining table with seating for 8 plus wet bar/coffee station! Outdoor fun!! Huge backyard featuring: • Heated pool with lounge chairs and pool toys • Heated spa • Propane fire pit (propane provided) • Wood fire pit (wood and matches not provided) • BBQ grill • Plenty of outdoor seating! Disclaimer: We attempt to keep the spa around 102° and the pool around 80°. Also please know that the pool plaster has some black staining that can't be removed and it makes the bottom appear dirty at spots. Sleeping arrangements: • Bedroom #1: 1 california king size bed, 1 couch and 1 office desk + 2 office chairs, smart TV. Private full bathroom with double vanity. • Bedroom #2: 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. Closet with shelves and hangers. Smart TV. • Bedroom #3: 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. Closet with shelves and hangers. • Bedroom #4: 1 bunk bed with 1 twin size bed and 1 full size bed. Guest access: You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated. We have a driveway for 3 and free street parking. Other things to note: We don't allow more than 12 guests, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions. We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a flat fee of $80 and must be preapproved before your stay. Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more. Our backyard has direct access to Windsurf Bay Park (lakefront park with a playground and sports courts. Windsurf Bay Park is home to 42-acres of Lake Ray Hubbard shoreline. Located about a mile south of Interstate 30, this community park contains a pavilion that accommodates around 25 people, small playground, a sand volleyball court and a half-court basketball area perfect for the whole family. Visitors are welcome to bring their blankets and share a picnic with the family. We are also just a 10 min walk from Captain’s Cove Marina, with slip & boat rentals, marine store and services plus so much more! Our house is about a 20-30 min drive to Downtown Dallas. 35-45 min to DFW Airport and Love Field Airport. Things to do in Garland: - Firewheel Golf Park - Hawaiian Falls Waterpark - Intrinsic Smokehouse & Brewery - Lakewood Brewing Company - Spring Creek Preserve - Rowlett Creek Preserve Our house is about a 20-30 min drive to Downtown Dallas. 35-45 min to DFW Airport and Love Field Airport. Things to do in Dallas: Make sure to check out Lower Greenville, a pedestrian-friendly area that has always been a hotspot for nightlife.
