This clean and well-appointed 4th floor Sterling Sands unit is an absolute gem...it features all of the amenities, was not rented by the private owner until very recently, and features an amazing, large balcony with unobstructed views less than 30 yards from the stunning crystal-white sand. It's a quiet, family-oriented location in the middle of all of the Destin fun, with easy, expansive private beach access, private parking, a newly resurfaced heated pool, a private fitness center, and a covered grilling area.

The condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Very well stocked, but only negative was the wristbands (for pool/beach/fitness access had to be purchased seperately. Also the beach chairs and umbrella for beach use was not included during stay. Overall, we had a great stay. Views were amazing and communication with owner was good.
